Missouri Ozark Glades

Glades are open, rocky habitats on the slopes of the Ozark mountains with an interesting flora and fauna. In particular, they are the only place in Missouri you can find collared lizards (Crotaphytus collaris). Alan Templeton and his students have been studying these lizards for many years and I occasionally join them for field trips. All photos copyright R. Glor 2000-2002 please follow these simple rules if you'd like to use any of them.
